    		The Workshop Leader:

    Mark Hollingworth M.Eng. MBA is the president of 5i Strategic Affairs and his work mission is to help “people, companies and society to prepare for the future”.
    He is a workshop leader in the International Executive Institute at the Desautels Faculty of Management at McGill University and is the author of the book Growing People, Growing Companies: Achieving Individual and Organizational Success in the Knowledge Economy (2003) and has also had articles published in the Globe & Mail. In February 2008, he was the Opening Speaker at the “First International Congress on “Competitivity & Quality of Life” in Madrid, Spain.
